How Do We Use Your Email Address?
By submitting your email address on our service, you agree to receive emails from us. You can cancel your participation in any of these email lists at any time by clicking on the opt-out link or other unsubscribe option that is included in the respective email. We only send emails to people who have authorized us to contact them, either directly, or through a third party. We do not send unsolicited commercial emails, because we hate spam as much as you do. In respect to any credit card or other payment processing details you have provided us, we commit that this confidential information will be stored in the most secure manner possible.
Kids’ Privacy
We collect information from kids under the age of 13 just to better our services. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data without your permission, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Tracking Technologies
- Google Maps APIs:

1- The company Skillink SARL announces and confirms that it does not bear any responsibility whatsoever, directly or indirectly, and from any party whatsoever, arising from:
- Any act or behavior of any kind from any of the parties (employer and employee) towards each other or towards others.
- Regarding the inefficiency of the job seeker and/or any action of any kind carried out by either party during the execution, termination, or cancellation of the employment contract, or resulting therefrom.
2- Any inappropriate behaviour or speech, including but not limited to harassment, hate speech, bullying, discrimination, or any other conduct deemed unacceptable by Skillink SARL, will lead to immediate action, including the user being banned from the app. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all users of our app. We take reports of inappropriate behaviours seriously and will investigate them thoroughly. Our aim is to ensure that every user feels valued, respected, and able to participate fully in our community without fear of harassment or discrimination. We encourage all users to report any instances of inappropriate behavior they encounter while using our app so that we can take appropriate action to address the issue promptly.
3- Skillink is available for use in all countries except for certain countries due to security, political, and other reasons. For more information on the availability of the app in specific countries, please contact us.
4- Skillink is not responsible for any content published by any business or individual using our platform for advertising purposes, including medical professionals, lawyers, judges and other legal officials. Users are advised to exercise their own judgment before engaging with any advertisements or services offered through the app.
